Draft for review. This is a generic template, not legal advice. Have a lawyer in your country read it before you rely on it or take payment.
These terms are between you and the individual who operates Notevoy, reachable at hello@notevoy.com. If a merchant of record sells the subscription, their checkout terms also apply to the payment.
Notevoy turns text, documents, and recordings you submit into notes. Output can be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for checking it before you rely on it.
You need an account. You are responsible for the activity on it. Do not upload material you do not have the right to share, and do not use the service to break the law.
Free and Pro limits are shown on the pricing section and enforced on the server. We may change the limits or the price for future periods. A price change does not alter a period you have already paid for.
When billing is enabled, checkout and the customer portal are provided by the configured merchant of record (Dodo Payments, unless you later switch providers). They may appear as the seller on your statement and invoice. Notevoy does not store your card number. Cancel from the customer portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period, then the account returns to Free.
You keep the rights to what you upload. You give us permission to process it so we can provide the service, including sending it to the model that writes the note. You can delete notes in the app.
The service is provided as available. We may suspend it for maintenance, abuse, or non-payment. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits or for decisions you make from a generated note.
